A ne pas confondre
Le nom féminin gwazh dénote un 'ruisseau'. /gwas/ est aussi la base du superlatif gwazhañ 'pire', well-wazh 'plus ou moins'. Le nom gwaz, gwazed, n.m. est un nom de parenté qui dénote un 'mari', ou plus largement, 'homme adulte'. En sud vannetais, gwaz, n.m. dénote aussi un 'domestique'.
