En allemand, nur signifie 'seulement' (nur den schlüssel 'seulement la clef'), mais associé avec un mot interogatif, il réalise aussi une particule de discours. Le même effet est observable en français, mais restreint à l'association avec le complémenteur du conditionnel si (Si seulement j'avais perdu la clef!).
